The internal network stays up, and I can ping both the internal and external ip of the router, but not the fiber box. This will ensure a stable wireless connection between the devices. The lesser the walls between the computer and the router are, the stronger and more stable the connection would be. I purchased a netgear orbi router last month and have had problems with it dropping internet connection almost daily. The orbi representative suggested I get a new system because they had tried all of their help solutions. I went and exchanged my router for a new one and am still having daily discon
